7cb1d79195 As a crazy Army officer, Max tries to prove that a psychiatrist is passing on confidential information to KAOS. When Max gets a call from a neighbor lady of his to warn him of Dr. Braam (Torin Thatcher) and then discovers she's been drowned, CONTROL decides to investigate the good doctor. Max goes undercover as a Colonel in charge of secret weapons who needs to see a psychiatrist. 99 goes along posing as his wife as they get to the bottom of the Braam Affair.

The big stunt in this is the telephone booth that fills with water, first drowning Max's neighbor, then threatening to drown both Max and 99. It's a pretty good bit of business–both threatening and funny (though the entire concept of a phone booth might be foreign to today's audiences!). There's some good interplay with the operator as Max and 99 try and call for help as well.

Look for King Moody as Braam's henchman Markovitch. This was before he became the much funnier henchman for Siegfried, Schtarker. Moody, if you didn't already know, also went on to play Ronald McDonald in TV commercials of the '60's and '70's.
